4.1 一般規定
4.1 General Provisions
4.1.1 開發建設項目在基建施工和生產運行中由于開挖地面或堆置棄土、棄石、棄渣等形成的不穩定邊坡，都應采取護坡工程。
4.1.1 in the process of infrastructure construction and production operation of development and construction projects, slope protection works shall be adopted for unstable slopes formed by excavation of ground or stacking of spoil, stone and slag.
4.1.2 根據邊坡的高度和坡度等不同條件，分別采取不同的護坡工程。主要有以下幾種：

1 對邊坡高度大于4m、坡度大于1.0：1.5的，應采取削坡開級工程。
1. If the slope height is more than 4 m and the slope is greater than 1.0:1.5, the slope cutting and grading engineering shall be adopted.
2 對邊坡小于1.0：1.5的土質或沙質坡面，可采假山制作 不銹鋼鑄件 鋁箔真空袋 七孔梅花管 hdpe硅芯管 液壓鋼壩 PVC軟管 飛行激光打標機 瀝青保溫泵取植物護坡工程。
2. For soil or sandy slope with slope less than 1.0:1.5, plant slope protection can be adopted.
3 對堆置物或山體不穩定處形成的高陡邊坡，或坡腳遭受水流淘刷的，應采取護坡工程。
3. For the high and steep slope formed at the unstable place of pile or mountain, or the slope toe is scoured by water, slope protection works shall be taken.
